I selected this location based on the fact that it's the closest office that carries my insurance, and nothing else, (which they have nothing else going for them.)  I was a new patient and needed to have my wisdom teeth removed. I thought the oral surgeon was good, however all the other interactions with employees, especially the ladies that handle the phones and front desk logistics of patients was extremely disorganized and not friendly or clear. I do not recommend this place. Not to mention that after my wisdom teeth extraction surgery the bleeding did not stop and I had to visit the emergency room at 3 AM when I decided I would not be able to wait until their offices opened to get possibly free services. Need less to say, it cost me an additional $1K plus for the unplanned ER visit (w/out health insurance) and basically cancelled out any dental insurance savings. I even tried to give Dental Options a second chance to do more work on my teeth, but when I called they did not understand that I was not a new patient, that I did not to x-rays, and did not need to pay $80 to have someone tell me what I already knew. I only wanted them to tell me the cost and what the next steps would be if I wanted to go through them. They ended up getting disconnected with me, which has happened repeatedly (among waiting over 40 minutes for appointments, having two appointments booked, when it should only be one, etc.) and I called back and said that I had just been disconnected and then was told they would return my call and never did. Good bye, and good riddance Dental Options of North Miami. I'm done with your disorganized, lack of customer service, and inconvenient location parking.

A true pleasure. How often do you hear that about a dental visit?  Everyone was extremely nice from the first phone call. Dr. Segal is great!
She is very nice and she takes her time explaining whatever is happening in your mouth, which is good when it comes to a dental procedure. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

I been with them more than two years and all their staff have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Even very flexible with payment options. Only thing need to be on time to the appointments, because parking lot is always busy (big building). Indeed, I will recommend them to anyone!

I had an intense dental cleaning at Dental Options yesterday and the gentleman helping w this was very kind and friendly, appt went fast but he could’ve been a little more gentle on my teeth.  Completely understand that it was a deeper cleaning but I felt like he was VERY rough, and teeth are a pretty sensitive area for most people.

Haven't been to the dentist in 10 years, so I was obviously prepared for the worst. But this was a great experience. Dr. Kusnick and the dental assistant were very gentle and knowledgeable. I actually had fun. Rosa was extremely helpful with the insurance and payment plan info. Highly recommend this place.
