Overall very good. Came in on a Sunday with an emergency. Ended up with a bridge and some additional work. Staff is professional and courteous. Dental hygienist Dina has been excellent, providing a thorough cleaning as well as sharing knowledge. Alyssa at the front desk is personable, pleasant and competent. All of the DDS were excellent.

Elisa at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming, made me feel right at home! The dentist was great and very informative, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Her assistant, however, really hurt the area under my tongue when taking x-rays of my mouth. She wasn't that gentle, she was rather rough. Hopefully it heals up soon.

Took my 14 year old daughter to Dental 365 - Lynbrook. Such a pleasant experience from the moment we walked through the door. Everyone is very friendly and I was kept informed of my daughter's dental care every step along the way.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OR DR. KALAIE. I normally do not write reviews, especially bad ones, but I feel that I need to share my experience regarding dental 365. I went to get three wisdom teeth pulled. My bottom right, top left, and bottom left. I had complications on all three. It started with my bottom right- they LEFT A PIECE OF MY TOOTH IN MY MOUTH. i was in pain for about three weeks thinking, hey it just might be it healing, the pain will go away. When i went in for a cleaning i brought it up to the hygienist (very nice person and a good hygienist) and she told me that they left a piece of my tooth and she would have to get another dentist to take it out. I don't remember his name but i know it was Dr. M. He took the piece out and showed it to me and said he is very sorry about this. A week later i had to go back in because of an intolerable pain on my bottom left of my mouth. For some reason my bone started coming out of my gums from removing my wisdom tooth. They told me they have to grind down the bone. I had to go in 3 different times just for this one problem. A week after they did that procedure, the top left of my mouth started to hurt. till this day they can't figure out what happened. They offered me my money back which is around $700 but i can't hold them liable for any future problems I may have and that I am terminating my relationship with dental 365 and that I have to keep everything that happened confidential; I declined. Don't trust this place and especially Dr. Kalaie. Also don't trust all these great reviews and this 4.8 star rating. The only way they get to keep it is by making sure that whoever is going to give them a bad review ( i.e. ME) they try and buy me out. The moral of the story, please be careful of who you have work on your mouth don't trust this place for pulling out your wisdom teeth, be smart unlike me and go to an oral surgeon.
