I went to get  a full set of dentures in the Wake Forest location  because I  was. recommended  by a co-worker my expectations was great   my experience  with Dental works was absolutely amazing  the staff was very professional  and caring about my experience  I got a temporary and a permanent set so both set I am  a well satisfied  customer  my smile right now is worth a million  dollars  Thank you for every office visit  I had  I highly recommend this  business to keep you  smiling

It was the worst experience and I will NEVER go back in there. First, I was quoted a price of $1,575. I gave them all of my information including both insurances. We got there at 9:45 for a 10am appointment and had all the paperwork filled out and ready by 10am. We weren't called back until 11:30 and I was given a price of $3,063. $1,000 would be paid by primary insurance and 0 by secondary. They wanted $1,100 that day. (When I made the appointment I was told that they would check insurances and call me back by Friday with my portion of the payment which I NEVER received a call). I was also told that day that they were not in network with my secondary (they didn't mention it when I made the appointment) and that my secondary would not pay anything since they were not affiliated. I guess they lie just to get you in the door.
I was there until 2pm at which time I heard my daughter in the back screaming and crying and freaking out. I stood up and was told that I was not allowed to go back there. (The HELL I won't)....
When I talked to the Office Manager about all the issues, she brushed me off and lied to me repeatedly. I asked about the price difference and she told me that she couldn't adjust the prices, they weren't Wal-Mart....
I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and getting the word out about this practice.

I have never been to any dentist where caring for the patient starts when you enter the front door, except Dentalworks in Wake Forest.  They  take  time to listen to you, make sure you are comfortable and put your mind at ease. They really care about you as a person not a number.
