This is by far, the best, most professional dental office I have ever been in. The most incredible, attentive , professional staff, just to name a few, Dr. Pelli, Angie, Carlos,and Tammy Sims, whose smile, kindness, and friendliness was superb. In fact, all these people and many more of the staff was above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this place. Believe me, there is NO PLACE LIKE THIS IN TOWN!. The quality of work, the environment, the personnel surpasses any other dental office I have ever been in.

I've been with this DentFirst office since '96...wow 22yrs.  Good service & friendly staff.  We have our entire family serviced at this location.

We have been patients at this practice for years.  We are finally so fed up with the incompetence of the front office staff that we are moving to another practice.  Be aware...they cannot keep their patients straight...they continually confuse my son with my husband even though I have corrected them MANY times...both in person and on the phone.  So much so that they filed a recent insurance claim improperly (per our insurance) and then charged us the resulting fee.  They cannot seem to protect patient HIPPA information and recently mailed us a patient's credit card number...including security code and expiration date.  I wouldn't trust them with my info if I were you.  In addition to all this they will call you incessantly to confirm your appointment...and then tell you its because other people want your space (even though you have confirmed 3 plus times).  Not to mention...as I said above...they are likely calling for the WRONG family member to begin with.  Not worth the hassle.  Something that you should ideally have to deal with 2x a year becomes a year-round ordeal.  NO thanks!

Stay away from this practice.   Their billing practice is fraud.    They will not honor insurance agreed fee schedule and will try to over charge for their service.   If you call them, they will tell you they can charge what they want.    Do all you can to stay away from this practice.
