Have fun trying to call and get ahold of someone at the office . Also , the doors are always locked and the only time I can get ahold of them is when , actually never . They’ve raised trash by 20+ when it only comes once a week . Mexican music plays 24/7. I have children who need to wake up early for school and I have the neighbors partying and keeping my children up . If you can’t speak Spanish or have children , don’t move here .

Good luck getting ahold of management office. Have called 8+ times, left voicemails, never received call backs. Guess you don't want my business.

I have lived here for 12 years and I am looking to sell my trailer so I can move away from here. Unless you speak Spanish then don't waste your time.

High crime, full of illegals, loud mexican music all the time! Trash everywhere, no love from manager, who isn't a nice person. What a dump. Do yourself a favor. Skip it
