First time here, the place was clean and the wait short. The staff and doctors were nice and friendly. My 2 yo loved the doctor especially. We will definitely be coming back if we ever need to.

Horrible Doctor "O"! Had a 1.5" cut across the lower fleshy part of my index finger.  I put a butterfly bandage on it, but after a day, it wasn't working.  Had to go to emergency clinic.  Only had a 45 minute wait on Tuesday at 10am. However, once the Doc decided it needed stitches, the rest of the experience was downhill.  He gave me 3 shots to numb it, but I could tell all the medicine was running down my hand.  He tested it in a couple of minutes- no numbness.  He gives me 3 more shots and I mention that I can fell the anesthetic running down my hand again. He tests it and it is partially numb.  He tries a stitch and I about come off the table.  He can't believe I can feel it.  He finally gives a shot deeper in the tissue-almost immediate numbness.  However, he has to redo the first stitch because it pulled through the skin. I can't believe he made it through medical school.  it was like I was his very first stitch patient.  Will never go back!!!

My husband saw a "doctor" yesterday.  The "doctor" told him that he had a viral infection and just needed to take mucinex.  My husband then proceeded to cough violently all night.  After seeing a real doctor today, my husband was diagnosed with pneumonia and given real medication by a real doctor.  These people are quacks.  Don't waste your money going here.

Excellent, professional, courteous, compassionate care; technician, doctor (not nurse practitioner like most care centers), nurse all spent personal time with me and didn't rush and answered all my questions even though they were extremely busy; being a Saturday, I expected to wait (a dozen people in waiting room), but online check-in helped as I was in examining room within 20 minutes of appointment.  I felt my exam and treatment were more thorough than current specialist I'm seeing (who is not easily accessible).  And I appreciate the face masks available to wear in waiting room.  A+ in my book!

Friendly staff on a Sunday afternoon. Wait time seemed minimal relative to the people in front of me.
