Upon arriving and stepping out of an elevator, an attentive airport employee picked up right away that my husband and I were not familiar with the airport and offered assistance to point us in the right direction. Layout/design of shuttles and pick-up create a seamless experience. Areas are well marked and signage is comprehensive. The TSA officers this airport exceed expectations. Communication, layout, and availability of machines and employees all created an efficient, smooth, and quick experience going through security, yet still thoroughly screening for safety. Shopping and dining is readily available for those interested, with a good variety of cuisines. The only "negative" I have had with this airport in flying through their twice recently (Nov 2017 & Feb 2018) is that the shuttle train to get from check in to the terminals is HOT. Feels like a sauna, and they're trying to make me sweat.

I love this airport- we have had a good arrival and a great departure. No long lines and no wait. Every single airport employee we came into contact with was friendly and that’s where the friendliness stops. The staff in the retail shops are so abrupt. Many gift shops available and various food outlets. Well laid out. After checking in we were transported by train to our gate.

This is a pretty awesome Airport in expanding. I usually get long transits in this airport for some reason, but since the spacious nature of the airport allows me to spend time walking around or finding quiet places to just sit and relax. For example the airport stretches to 3 terminals with each containing 40-50 gates. Many elegant looking restaurants and shops. If you want quiet time or some relaxing time, use the upstairs additional seating areas which travelers rarely use. Due to a long transit of 4-5 hours, I got the rare chance to roam around further in to the airport and discovered their new wing in Terminal A which they are expanding upon. This is so new that only the gates and the related infrastructure exists and non of the restaurants and shops. I went there in the evening and seems like they hadn't really started using it much. Not even any advertising. It was completely empty and could see the brand new look everywhere. I don't think not many people had ever seeing an empty super clean terminal gates :). It was both cool and boring.

My son loves riding the train. We had time to kill, so we just stayed on the train for a couple of times around the airport. Live music was playing during Christmas, which made the wait for our arrivals much less anxious. There are a few birds that you can watch fly around the open areas. If you ride the train, don't forget to look out of the back for the pickaxes. I first thought they were hatchets, but that didn't make much sense. I also would advise anyone who is timid about using an escalator to use the very accessible elevators. Twice, I saw someone falling on the escalator. One poor woman was just really scared going down. I didn't see much of the 2nd fall, but from what it looked like, his suitcase wheels got caught in the escalator.

The security lines are horrible on a regular Friday - it took almost 2 hours to get through. The airport could have been run much more efficiently. The food selection is good, which is absolutely necessary to calm people down a little bit after forcing them to stand in the security lines for hours.
