Just about all Wayne county Dhs offices do the exact same thing. Never return calls within 2 days it's usually 2 months no matter worker or supervisors they all work the same. They transfer your case to another worker without telling you. You go into the office (after a month of trying to contact them and leaving multiple voicemails) with an attitude frustrated and mad then they want to look at you like you're the problem and then want to use those second hand police officers to escort you out. No excuse. When you went to school for this profession you knew people came with the job. Get your head out of your A!$ and learn how to multitask and stop lying to people who actually need the help.one day it could be you.

This place is HORRIBLE! Like no worker answers there phone EVER! They transfer your  stuff over without your knowledge. Then, you go in because your worker doesn't answer. Guess what...??!!!!! They send you to another phone to call an extension the worker still DOESN'T ANSWER! GET IT TOGETHER. If you don't like you job, talking to people, answering phones, GET A NEW ONE PLEASE.

What a horrible experience I had with a MS Garner when I filled out my app she called me up and demanded my green card which I've held on to for 40 years, the length of time I've been In the USA. I have worked hard all my life as a Registered Nurse now I am a Senior Citizen on SS What I tried to explain to her that after I pay my Rent which takes 3/4 of my SS I don't have much left over to pay the rest of my bills. I just wanted help with my Dte bill and water bill, but she was as cold as ice and couldn't care less. I had to order a new green card which will take minimum 2 months to arrive because I lost my old one of 40 years and she says she dosen't have access on her Computer to look up Immigration info. I have NEVER taken a handout from the Government in 40 years, when I do ask I get rejected. I gave her my Green Card number to look it up it wouldn't be that much of a stretch to do. I called her Supervisor who stated he will get back to me in 2 days that was 2 weeks ago I believe it was a Mr. Anderson. What are these people being paid for, they don't seem to be doing their jobs. Lastly I handed in my bank account read out and it went "missing" as did my daughter info went missing in action. Do these people think we are Morons. Do your jobs stop delaying helping people or go elsewhere and let another person do your job. If you can't keep your paperwork together. I plan on taking this to the next level. Virginia K

I don't know what kind of Mime show they're running here but I have never encountered a more useless establishment such as this one. People keep saying workers have a million people on their case loads and I frankly don't gaf. Because just as ANY job, If you can't handle your workload it should be transferred, or at least shared, with someone else so that the job gets done efficiently. These people are NOT efficient, they are not professional, and they are not helpful. They have time to to print up letters telling you that you've been denied or cut off but can't talk to you for 2 minutes to prevent any that from happening??? F** them! I'm just trying to get insurance and food! I've been trying to get ahold of my useless worker for 2-3 weeks now to ask a question about my documents of proof and to schedule an interview and she won't pick up her damn phone! I've left her voicemail after voicemail and it's getting me nowhere. Now I bet she's gonna cut my benefits or cancel them altogether because she doesn't know how to communicate!

Yeah I have Ms. Lane too. She's good at her job. And has helped me during this crappy time in my life. God bless her.
