I know lots of people have problem with DMV, but my several times experience was very pleasant. I guess I picked pretty good time, it wasn't crowded at all. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. No complaints at all and my driving license arrived 3 weeks later.

I stopped by the Dover office yesterday to renew my license. That was a big mistake. Monday and Friday are way too busy. I went back this morning with all of my paperwork in hand and it was totally different. I got there at about 8:20AM. I checked in. They gave me a number and I took a seat. A short while later they called my number and I was out at 8:45AM. Everyone I talked to was friendly. My advice is if you are in a hurry do not go on Monday or Friday.

extreme suck. The 1st time they moved my appointment without any notification. the 2nd the I lose my appointment is because of their stupid old system.

I have some problems being out in public. All the people at the Dover DMV were so nice and understanding. Thank you to all the nice people that work there. You made a very emotional situation much easier for me to deal with.

BEING PREPARED IS KEY! Parking and facility gets very full during busy times. This DMV has a front desk check point making sure you have all the paperwork you need before your number is given. Our dmv worker #5 we had was very effecient and friendly😊.Although our wait was an 1 hr and 30minutes on a busy monday so it was expected.
