I've used Dependable for a few years now. They've always done the job quickly and consistently well. One time one of my shirts was torn during cleaning -- which had much more to do with the low quality of the shirt than with their cleaning process -- and they handled it very well. They called right away, offered store credit, even offered to repair it if that's what I wanted, though it was not really repairable. It bolstered my trust that they'll take care of me even when things don't go as planned.

They provide customers with a drop-off bag, making it easy to drop off. They have always cleaned my clothes well

I dropped off a white dress, and I received an orange splotchy dress. I asked to speak with a manager about the issue, and the manager blamed me for the problem. She told me "I must just be a sweaty person." She refused to address the issue and hung up the phone on me. I am very disappointed with the lack of service at Dependable Cleaners. I recommend using another cleaner that has higher standards.

couple years ago i forgot about $1000 cash in my suit jacket and that evening i had a wedding to attend, i took my jacket in rush to the dry dependable cleaners and they person took my jacket without checking the pockets or anything in the evening i had to go pick up my jacket so needed like $20 to go get my suit so i walk towards my closet and all of sudden remembered that omg, i keep my cash in that suit jacket in the side pocket, so i literally drove fast to the cleaners and ask the workers there to bring my jacket please and if they found money, i ask for the same cashier that took my jacket in the morning and she was already on vacation that same day. you guys do the math as i remembered i even call the police but i am not sure so this place thieves work there just watch out. its been a while since this incident but didn't know back then i can put reviews or yelp and all that, and everytime that i pass by the place reminds me of my situation.
