This gym is no joke! As someone who only goes around 1-2 times a week, I am seriously impressed with the instructor's desire to see everyone grow in their abilities and teach at a high level. This gym not only trains world class BJJ competitors, but also gives entry-level accessibility for people who just do it as a hobby or way to stay fit. The group of guys and gals that train here are friendly and I've always felt safe training here. The rate seems fair for how much you get access to. I always try and get people to go with me and can't speak highly enough of the great things going on here.

This place has become a second home to me. Great commaraderie and people on top of the world class instruction! I couldn't recommend more.

I've been going here for almost a year and I've been completely satisfied with my membership here. Beginning I couldn't withstand much BJJ rolling but now my game has exponentially improved and the instructors here are very sensible, intelligent, and down to earth. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
