Unless you are in the market for cosmetic dermatology,  find another practice.  Twice,  I've been disappointed (bordering on appalled) with the quality of care, and I have serious concerns for their collective clinical expertise. The nurse practitioner was rude, dismissive,  and acted like she would rather be ANYWHERE but with a patient. Also, an old man was treated poorly by the receptionist while I was waiting to be seen. She assumed he was in the wrong location.  Guess he didn't look like a Botox consumer. 
Do better.

Had my first visit here about a month ago. 
Pro- receptionist was very friendly, waiting room calming, inviting and clean. 
Con- the nurse practitioner I saw wasn't flat out rude just completely unfriendly. There was also no attempt at preventative care. No discussion about what could be causing my skin problems or at home ways to prevent. 

The medicine that was prescribed to me was $500!... after insurance and after a rebate card. Asked for something generic and cheaper,...$150! How is that affordable for your average person?
Clearly tried to push a specific product that they had ties with. 
Won't be returning.

Horrible experience. Do NOT see Mackenzie Gwynne. She talks down to you as if you're ignorant,  is very cold an has no time to hear your concerns. Medication for my son failed, called to try to get a 2nd option.. oh but no, was told she'd have to see him again. Are you serious? Still has a rash all over his face. Doctor is incompetent and heartless.. MONEY RACKET!!
