Please beware!!! This place will charge you what they want to charge you to keep you around and then if for some reason you can no longer come to their office, they will come up with extra charges from years ago and threaten to send you to collections. Never once did they tell me that I had a past due balance when I came into their office, but 3 years later after my insurance changed and I could no longer come to them they sent me all of these charges saying what my insurance didn't pay! So when I asked them why they never informed me about the past due balances they didn't know what to say. I paid a $50 copay every time that I went to the office and they never mentioned any past due balances. They will no longer get my business or my husbands.

I don't recommend this place they will charge you for no reason and if you no longer can come to the office. they will have a past due balance waiting for you, and they won't explain what are the charges for all they know is that you have a past balance due...

Not good!!!!!! I don't recommend this place!!!!!! I went into Dermatology Institute for a rash on my hands from wearing cleaning gloves. Being my first time there was told I had to see Dr. Way after being seen by his assistant. He came in the room and asked to see my hand and scratched the little bit of the rash that was left with his dirty fingernail. He told me that it wasn't from the gloves and that I had cancer. I beg to differ. His assistant asked me if I wanted a prescription or just some samples. I took the samples. When I got home I looked up what was given to me. It had terrible side effects so I called the office and asked for another alternative. They directed me to the nurse practitioner who never called me back. By the time she called back the rash had already cleared up. I called the office manager and complained about the doctor's unprofessional disgusting behavior and told her how he told me that I had cancer and she told me that he put in his notes that I has lesions on my hands. Not true!!!!!!!!!!!
