I was greeted immediately! In a very friendly and helpful manner. I was dropping off and customer service rep let me know I had an item waiting for me. It was a shirt that I forgotten about. It was there for over one year and they still had it! TY!
Fine, courteous service was provided. Garments were ready on or before promised date. Garments look beautiful; clean, crisp. Well done, y'all! And keep up the good work. Please note, I wrote that review a while ago. Four or five days ago, I dropped off two coats, to take advantage of the 20% discount, and my previous review still applies, 100%. Still 5 stars. Still "Well done, y'all". Cheers! Now it's after I dropped off a sweater. Still five stars. Okay, good. Break is over. Back to work!

I brought in a very important dress to be cleaned, there were a couple of spots, they did an amazing job .
Items are ready quickly. Communication is good. Items dry cleaned well.

Extremely rude! They use all the washers n dryers for drop off customers n those doing our own laundry have to wait for a washer or dryer. I was standing in front of a dryer n worker or owner idk stepped in front of me, I thought good I can finally get a dryer but nope she put more clothes in. I said I was waiting to use that n she said I'm using it cuz I don't want to b here all nite! I asked what about us waiting to dry our clothes? U all use all of the washers n dryers? She said yes we do! Ok so why let the public in? Other places mark a few machines for their use n the rest for public use. Not there. N machines r over priced n ripped my sheets. I work near by n people come in an always complain about them n now I know why. Lady that sits behind counter n never moves said I can't empty that dryer cuz I'm folding a load n don't want to mix them up. Lol so putting load in a separate bag isn't n option? Smh
Like many people, I have not needed to dry clean anything for a couple of years. During the "sweatpants era" I moved to a new place and now, two years later, needed to have some work clothes cleaned. Local Facebook page unanimously recommended Dermody, and after my first visit I can see why. My order was ready earlier than promised and everything looks perfect. I returned with a sweater that needed a very small alteration, and they had it done for me in less than 24h & at no charge. I have six pairs of dress pants to bring in next and I am glad I have found a great business that takes care of its customers.
25.00 per dress for work dresses?!? The woman told me 51.00 on drop off, then 96.00 on pick-up. I will never go there again…..it was a fraudulent ripoff. Not worth it. I will throw the dresses away and buy new for that price.
