I have had Deron on retainer for years.  He has done several document preps for business matters and I have found him to be stellar in all things legal.  He has referred me out on a couple things that didn't fit in his practice and even in those matters his parting advise has been sound.

Seems a little to un-experienced, and not so much concerned the out come of a problem or wanting to resolve a case to build up a fee. I would used someone in your same playing league, meaning one that's local in the county you have a case to be heard with experience in the cases he or her represents.
