We were ordered by the Judge to seek mediation svcs. for our divorce, as we were unable to fairly agree to settlement amounts. Neither of us were too thrilled to have to go through this process. Lisa Derr and her staff made the sessions basically painless!! What a pleasant surprise!! Lisa was very professional, informative, fair, efficient, and pleasant to have worked with! She had flexible scheduling, was in a convenient and nice location, and made good use of all of our time. Both my husband and I know how to push each other's buttons, but she even managed to keep that in check! Bravo! I know we weren't an easy breezy case. I truly appreciate her - she helped us make a compromise that we can both live with!! Thank God we chose to work with her, or we'd still be waiting for a miracle and resolution!! Not sure where she hides her Angel wings - but I am certain she's earned them!!
