After working all day moving in and out the manager comes by and offers ice cold water to me and my friend. With temperatures reaching over 100 I thought that was really cool.

Alot of people living out of there storage bins, felt a little unnerving but i guess that is how they get people to pay for insurance with them.

My house burnt down. Lost everything and they  won't even try to come up with a solution on proving who I am. If I can use the paper work red cross gave me to replace meds, cloths from charity, and other stuff dealing with gov. How come it isn't good to them. Don't make sense to me. If it was a con. Why would I go to them and a) have my face on video. b) only putting stuff in. I get they have policies. But where does common sense kick in. I am a real person not a theory. Just sucks. I suggest take business elsewhere. They are a corp and treat how their policy dictates.

This particular location has many homeless people living out of their units during the day & the corridors smell of urine. I am trying to downsize my unit and find another storage facility to rent from. I went one day during the day without my husband and I actually felt nervous because there were men inside one of the units a few doors down from mine, they were not moving items, just sitting in there.  I would definetly recommend another site to rent from. :-[
