The manager Arlene there is the rudest person. Constantly threatening me with eviction and even calling the police. Coming up with new rules every time I showed up
 Threatened to slap the smile off my wife's face. I couldn't believe it. Nothing but a nightmare for a year before they moved her to another location, out on Milburn and Herndon (beware). You don't want to meet this person. I have had Derrel mini storage for a total of 7 years at other locations here I'm Fresno
 Managers there were great. Making a payment at a location other than where your storage is located. Don't go to Ashland's and 168, very rude . Threw me out telling me , to never return
 I was paying  230$. I couldn't believe it. I am nothing but polite and pleasant.

We have been renting a storage for about 3 years and we are happy with this place.

$19 special 3 month offer is for a broom closet. Incredibly misleading.
