A professional and integrity driven business, and team ! After moving from Cape May to Florida, we return once or twice a year, and have always had a positive experience renting from this agency. They offer many selections in our price range, yet we seem to gravitate to a beautiful property that is secluded, yet close to town. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and works closely with you to make sure you return. I know there’s many options within Cape May, but when you know you have something good...stick with it.  Todd and his staff are the best I know !!!

My wife and I have no reservations about referring anyone to Desatnick Realtors.  She and I have exacting expectations of what we wanted in a home in Cape May.  Stacy Hutchinson worked with us for a year to find the home we wanted.  Her professionalism and due diligence is unmatched, in our opinion.  She listened to our needs and our wants, they did change several times over that year, and in August of 2017 we closed on our home.   

Stacy did not stop after the closing.  She has helped us with permits, local business leads we can trust and has even helped with some furniture delivery that we could not be there for.   

Todd Desatnick  also stepped up to the customer service plate when the closing came and made sure that it happened while we were on vacation so we could walk from the beach, to the office and out with the keys.  

We now deal with another of the Desatnick team, Jim Peoples with DRE services.  When some repairs are needed or changes had to be done on the house Jim has always stepped up and made sure that they are not only done, but done correctly.  It is a fantanstic feeling to know that if something needs attention we can rely on Jim without hesitation.

We have decided to rent our house out when we aren't using it and we completely trust Stacy, Todd and Jim to keep our clients happy.

Call Desatnick and ask for Stacy!!  there will be no regrets!!

My family could not be happier with our 2  month summer rental from Desatnick Real Estate.  Our agent Ashley was extremely helpful and very professional.  The house we rented was not only spotless and beautiful, but so reasonably priced  compared to other places we looked at for our vacation.  Our friends recommended this agency to us and we in turn will strongly recommend to all of our family and friends.

An amazing atmosphere indeed.  As soon as you enter the door you are greeted by friendly and knowledgeable front desk agents who are locals to the area and can give you information about events and the hot spots! The properties are top notch and these people are great at what they do.  I wouldn't trust anyone else to provide me with my real estate needs.
