The woman I got twice on the phone was absolutely no help.  My license was suspended out of Deschutes County, I paid the fine to the collections agency holding the note, all she had to do was make a 3 minute phone call to confirm that the payment was made, flat out refused.  Her excuse was "I have to treat everybody the same", I understand that, but not everybody is in the same situation.  I'm shut down on the side of the road with no food, and no money.  No way to earn money unless she makes a 3 minute phone call.  
Zero empathy, didn't even sound busy, terrible public servant.  She's in the wrong department, needs to go be a meter maid if she's going to be that heartless

The Deschutes County Courthouse staff is incompetent. They have no consistent job duty instructions to rely on and they are unable to perform simple clerical tasks. They are not trained well enough to answer simple clerical process/format questions and simply say “We are not allowed to give legal advice” instead. The recording at the Courthouse claims it’s just as difficult for them as it is for the public. The fact is, they are massively incompetent. This includes the Supervisor as well as the Trial Court Administrator. 
This is an abuse of tax dollars. I am filing a grievance/complaint to the Presiding Judge and to the Supreme Court in Salem.

Very polite and helpful staff. All of my experiences there went smoothly.

No hours listed on website.  Now I have to call and pay to listen to automated system.  Costs me .10 a minute.
