My wife Lisa and I have been patients at Desert Crossing for several years now. We've both been 100% happy with how pleasant their entire staff is and especially the fantastic work they do. It's obvious they care about their patients and take pride in the work they do. We recommend this extremely professional office to everyone we know.

I had a great experience today at desert crossing dental. It was my first visit and the staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Woo we're all very friendly and helpful. Thankfully, I only needed X-rays and a cleaning so it was a short and sweet appointment. They polished my teeth and did a fluoride treatment so my teeth feel extra healthy and clean. Also, I am a new teacher and my insurance was accepted here, which was great. I've found my new dentist here in the desert and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!

Wow! I went in for a routine cleaning, and they recommended a deep-cleaning treatment. Their "benefits specialist" came in and advised me of my options. After insurance, I would be on the hook for over $600! I looked elsewhere and, without insurance, it would have cost from $150-300. I didn't make another appointment.But I'm writing this review today because I got just two letters in the mail. One telling my I'm pre-approved to open a line of credit with The Smile Generation, as a "preferred member" of Desert Crossing. The second was a statement from Delta dental saying that of the x-rays DC took, they would only pay $110 of the $524 dollar charge! DC I assume wants $300 from me, for x-rays. They still haven't touched my teeth! They should be ashamed.
