Frank L is the BEST electrician I have EVER met. He was professional, polite, lovely to my kids, and an electrical Whiz! Too often, I've hired workers who were obviously trial and error-ing their way through the issue at *my* expense. I was literally shocked that as soon as Frank began working, everything began working! He clearly knew what he was doing and happy to do it.

As for the company: I would HIGHLY recommend Desert Electric. Their policy is straight forward pricing. They do not charge by the hour, or fraction of. They do not quote you one price and bill you for undisclosed specialty labor or mysterious materials that became necessary post-quote/midway through repair. They do charge to come diagnose the issue, but truly, it's worth it. 

As I mentioned before, they hire qualified professionals, like Frank. They also guarantee their work!! I could go into the details of their service agreement guarantee, but suffice to say, it's amazing.
