A+ customer service!  They go above and beyond the call of duty!  I called Desert Electric for a short in my electrical panel that knocked out my air conditioning.  It turned out that there had been a small fire.  Electrician Frank Luerson did a "hot" changeout of my entire outside panel (which meant he didn't have to call the city to shutoff my power which would have taken 3-5 business days...) and had it all done in the same day.  I appreciated his frequent calls to update me, and he was always forthright with how much the costs were and what my options were.  The best part was several months later my insurance company needed paperwork from the electrician to determine the cause of the fire.  Frank didn't hesitate to help me out, providing my insurance company a letter of his expert opinion about the fire.  This was instrumental in my claim going through, and all at no extra charge.  Their philosophy truly centers around exceptional customer service.  Thank you Desert Electric!!
