The dentist I saw was amazing. I can’t remember her name but very nice and professional. Office staff is fairly friendly.

I had a broken tooth and needed emergency dental. They brought me in with the understanding that I would be getting dental insurance the following month. I made a payment arrangement for a root canal and crown. Long story short my dental insurance didn’t kick in. 

The following month, Nancy who handles the insurances asked about the insurance I told her it didn’t kick in yet and I wasn’t sure when it would. She told me the doctor wouldn’t be able to see me so I canceled my appointment.

Now I have a partial root canal with a temporary crown that came loose the day after I left the office. They still have me on a payment plan for a root canal and crown that I did not receive and the office manager doesn’t return calls. 

I tried calling her several times after our first conversation when she was supposed to get back to me about a final bill for the services I did receive and she has yet to do so. I spoke with her in January! Unprofessional and unacceptable. 

Then I started to receive threatening emails from their colIections department for a service and product I did not receive. I explained what happened to them and they reached out to the office and finally the balance was adjusted and they set me up on another payment plan, but I still don’t know what I’m paying for or if the payments I have already made were applied to the balance.

I contacted the BBB and hopefully at the end of this all I will at least know what I am being charged for and the amount I truly owe. If anyone knows of another entity that I can contact that will be able to provide insight into a situation like this please post.

Had such a great experience here from the time I got there until the time I left. Receptionist are great very nice and helpful, the dentist is so honest and the dental hygienist that did my work was by far amazing!!! I will be a returning client. Love that I didn’t feel forced or pushed to get the service done.

This office has a great staff and wonderful doctors. They always seem to be enjoying working with each other and are always happy. Dr. Tran is always making sure I am comfortable and does marvelous work. Katie the hygienist is always keeping me on my toes about flossing and has even got me using the water pick which is much easier and now I floss nightly! Even though I am not near the office anymore I am happy to make the drive here so that I can keep coming here!

I brought my dad and I in for the $59 special and my dad need a new smile, so Dr.Tran and his team helped my dad out with new crowns and my dad was really happy with the result. All I needed was a cleaning and a filling and they got it done and took their time to talk to me and give me more advice about my oral hygiene and I really appreciate it. Thank you Desert Gateway Dental Group.
