Have used them to store our boat inside for 2 years. They have bring our boat outside for pickup when we call ahead. Also used them for boat maintenance work; good work at a reasonable price.

had been there for 4 years always paid one year in advance, bought an rv storage unit next door to star nursery, called to say we were taking our trailers and atv out, had two months left, was told by owner they don't refund any monies!  so they kept the two months rent we paid in advance. hope everyone is aware of the business practice they do, if your going to rent pay once a month. they just put a couple of hundred dollars in their pockets!!

I had my boat stored there for 3 years when we finally decided to sell our boat we let Mike and his son handle everything. Boy what a big mistake that was. After the boat was sold we had money coming back to us from over paid storage. Never received my monies and I did make numerous attempts to contact him and he just never called me back. Will never do business with them again.

It's been 10 years since I pulled my ski boat out from LA to keep it at Desert Lakes to avoid the hauling back and forth. The owner Mike has been beyond helpful all these years and now his son Matt is of age a does an amazing job running the plaze too. Good pricing, modern facilitied and security with a family that give you service out of the ordinary make this place outstanding. Btw keeping two boats here now, so it's double the pleasure ;)
