Here was my experience with desert landscape design. We scheduled a consultation at my home on a Thursday at 2:30 PM. Jim was a no-show and then called on Friday at 2:30 after having apparently mixed up the dates on when we were going to  meet.   After apologizing about the mixup he suggested we meet on Monday at 9:30 in the morning. 930 came and went and Jim was a no-show. He called later that afternoon and apologized and ask if we could do it the next day  at 2:30. And guess what happened, Jim was a no-show again. I'm giving up on this company. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you calling them. Find someone with better customer service than this.
