Very much recommend. More on the rustic side so if you're looking for the fancy over the top this is not the place. Perfect for quiet serenity. Staff is very nice. Fiona was an absolute delight and very hospitable. There is a pool but they are not licensed for guests to use the pool. I would definitely come here again.

The internet pictures do not match reality. Room was small with a rug on top of a concrete floor. No room to place personal items. No room controls for temp. The greeter, Fiona was not friendly and move our personal items without letting us know. Shared bathroom very small Not much privacy. Coffee was ready until about 8am and it was weak and not much flavor. Ran out of coffee during breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, I had better continental breakfasts at motels. Very disappointed. I was generous with two stars.

Our stay was great. This was our first time staying at a B&B and it was really nice.

Very welcoming, not at all upset about a last minute guest. Very relaxing so much fun feeding llamas.

I booked this B and B for my 2nd anniversary as a surprise for my wife. Sebastian was really nice over the phone when I booked and felt this was going to be a great place. however you have t pay for the room up front. the room cost me nearly $190 for a 3 start B and B. this was in acceptable especially as there was no carpet or flooring on the floor of our room. It was just the open cold floor, and had very old furniture. We were a little far from cottonwood, and it was in a weird residential area. The lady Fiona was combative and rude when we asked her anything. for example I texted her asking her for 2 more pillows please. she text me saying is there not 4 in your room, you can use the pretty pillows. when we were traveling to desert rose I was texting her about check in times. she was very adamant that we check early so she can put her feet up as she has to get up at 530am to make the breakfasts. there is no way the room was worth the money and I wish I had done a little more research. Any B and B we have stayed in the past go above and beyond for you. never question and are really inviting. we were very disappointed and let our anniversary down a little.
