Management doesnt hastle you and the neighborhood is quiet. It is a nice place to raise a family and is close to the Payette Parks and Rec.

The facilities are quite nice, and management is fair, but if I'm being honest, the neighbors are questionable. More often then not, they are loud and obnoxious  (and drunk) yelling random things at people that drive by.
