Bret and his team went above and beyond in serving both my home rental and home purchase needs.  Due to an emergency situation, I needed an rental home immediately.  Bret and Anna had me fully moved into a beautiful home in Boulder City within a couple of days! Just several months later, the Desert Sun Team found and walked me through my first home purchase in Green Valley.  I recommend Desert Sun to all of my family and friends who need caring and qualified professionals to help them with  rental and home sales solutions.

Attempted to lease a home in Boulder City. Desert Sun Realty's Leasing manager - Initials are "AM" was our contact.  Our story: we were fully approved. but due to business travel we could not move in immediately.  We brought this very important issue to the attention of the leasing manager. She agreed that this wouldn't be an issue and that she would notify us if any new applicants applied.  She also stated that she would give us the "first right of refusal" and if another applicant applied we could give a nonrefundable deposit to hold the home for a January 1, 2013, move-in date.  Needless to say, we were counting on this home.  Approximately two weeks ago (early December 2012), we received a call from her assistant indicating that the home had been leased and that we should "call back in 6-9 months to inquire if anything is available."  This certainly ruined our year!  Since the phone call from the assistant and have left messages with the leasing manager to call me back to explain why she didn't keep her word and act professionally.  I haven't heard anything.  I must also add that I made a complaint with the office manager over a month ago that the leasing manager would rarely return my phone calls.  No one addressed this issue either.  If you're seeking to lease a home in Boulder City, and from the way I was treated (my opinion as well) I wouldn't recommend this company or this leasing agent.

My husband and I listed and sold our home with Bret Runion and Desert Sun Realty. Between Bret, his Transaction Coordinator, Cherry Aton, and their associates, we received the highest level of professionalism, communication, and timely responses during the entire process.  This gave us peace of mind and complete confidence that we were being taken care of with OUR best interest in mind.  This was a Short Sale, which adds a lot of stress to an already emotional transaction.  From beginning to closing, they were with us every step of the way.  Based on our experience, I highly recommend Bret Runion and Desert Sun Realty.
