Just mived in and I love it ...Friendly good people live here.   Its quiet and pet friendly....its peaceful and provides clean shower rooms for both guys and gals if your rv does not have one ...internet included ... Managment is awesome..he is helpful ans patient and friendly and the reason why i just feel blessed to havw found it

It's mostly permanent people. If your not a favorite of the manager it's hell in there. Some of the people in there are nasty and all they know are swear It's not really dog friendly.
