Owner was very nice but the staff is horrible!! Such a wasted trip. I went in looking for a wedding dress, they put me in a size 10 dress just to see the style, (I'm normally a size 2) & she wouldn't even hold the dress back for me so I could get a good look at it. Never going back!!

Lovely store, very pleasant employee's. If I ever need a little something special I can always come here and know I will be able to find something for any occasion.

In the beginning, the staff were very friendly and inviting. After they got your money though, it was a different story. You pay half of the dress when you go get sized, then you go get fitted/hemmed/taken in, which is free of charge, then you pay the rest when you go pick it up. Well, I paid $80 for my first half, (which came out to $90 something with "tax"??) then when I went back to get fitted, hemmed, and taken in, they put pads in my dress that I didn't ask for but they didn't mention that id have to pay for those. So when I went to finally pick up my dress, I expected to pay $80 plus $20 for the hemming. No. I was charged $140 because of the pads that were sewn in that I did not ask for. Also, when I got home, the hemming was not right and my dress was still too long. Needless to say, never going back.

After first impression, the staff seemed very accomodating and helpful. Needing 8 bridesmaid dresses, they were there to answer many questions and gave several recommendations for the one expecting bridesmaid also. We were told that they handle these situations all of the time and their prices on alterations seemed very reasonable. However, once the order was placed things took a turn for the worst. They insisted on ordering several of the dresses too large. We ordered many of them a size smaller than their recoomendations and still needed them taken in. They recommended putting a rush order on the expectant bridesmaid's dress so that they could order a more accurate size and still ordered it at least 4 sizes too large. In addition, they did not tell us that this size had an added cost on top of the rush delivery cost. Those needing alterations were pinned incorrectly (with rude service) because and I quote they "did not want to adjust the boning" . When the store was approached with the problems encountered, they did nothing! This only covers the beginning of the problems encountered! I will NEVER do business again with this company who promises things to get your money and then doesn't deliver!
