Pleasant and efficient communication to place the order. Competitive pricing. I bought a Dual Fuel 36" Wolf stove and it was delivered the day we agreed on. The delivery team was extremely courteous and respectful of my house. They did an excellent job in assembling and installing the unit and left the place spotless. A very pleasant experience.

I ordered a fridge online and three days later I was told it was discontinued. I ordered another one and three days later it was I was called and told it was on back order. I finally got transferred to sales (Joe Cocuzza) and he helped me over the phone to get the fridge I needed. Great customer service on his part. I strongly recommend that the site makes changes to accurately depict the status of their products.

At first it was great! Extremely fast email replies. Once the had a $1500 down payment, they seemed to fall off the face of the earth. I was very specific with what model (gave number) of "nugget " ice machine I wanted. When he sent the estimate, it was wrong. Good think I looked it up before I paid for it in full. He had sold me a cubed ice machine (I guess they consider "restaurant style" ice the same as "sonic" "nuggets" ice. ) I asked for him to refund my money and have heard nothing but crickets. 😤
