I had an amazing experience at Designers Furniture! Meryl and Tina provide great customer service. Their furniture is good quality and also MADE IN THE US! Since I bought my furniture a few months ago, I have had nothing but compliments about my home.  The furniture is very comfortable. I will come back in the future!!!

I do not trust this store. I had to sue designers furniture in small claims court. I (foolishly) paid for a couch in full and up front with an agreement that delivery would be made the next day.  Designers furniture delivered the wrong color couch. No big deal, mistakes happen. I called the store and I told them it was the wrong color couch. I was shocked when I was told to take it or leave it, no refunds. I refused to accept delivery and I asked for the couch I paid for. I was refused. I asked for a refund, again I was refused. I was out the cost of the couch, the delivery fee and the couch. After many calls to the store asking for my money, I had no choice but to take Designers furniture to small claims court. Designers furniture did not appear at the 1st or 2nd court hearing, ( the judge did NOT automaticly rule in my favor, but re-schuelled the hearing, TWICE! ) Eventually I won my case against designers furniture, but they refused to obey the court order to return my money. I did some reading and I learned that for a fee I could send a Califonia Sherifs officer to the store and the Sherif will enforce the court order. It took a year and a Sherif walking into this store, demanding payment to get my money back. Its on public record. Lesson learned, beware of this store.

Designers furniture is a great store to shop at! The owners know how to balance being professional and befriending their clients. They put every effort into making the image of the perfect room come to life right before your eyes! In addition, every piece of furniture lasts for years! My whole house is furnished by Designers Furniture. I bought most of my furniture from them over 12 years ago!

If your desire is great quality, friendly and trustworthy employees and affordable prices, Designers Furniture is definitely the store for you! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I think the reviews here are very mean and likely a result of miscommunication or just one person's bad experience.  I think Designer furniture is a great furniture showroom with owners who really care about their products and backing their products.  I first bought a bed and dresser from them with their designer advice, which is very helpful and they delivered it exactly as I ordered them on time without any problems.  They are good quality, and hopefully will last a few years longer.  Then I had Meryl who is especially nice and fashion savvy come out free of charge to my new office and furnish that.  She designed pieces so perfect for the place that everyone who comes into my office can't stop complimenting the design.  One of the pieces was damaged during the move and she immediately replaced it without charging me an extra dime.  These people have great personality, professionalism and quality.  I don't believe the bad reviews are deserved and probably talking about some other store.  DO SHOP HERE, YOU WONT REGRET IT.
