I reorderd the shirt pictured on the left, in short sleeves.  (Bought the shirt on the left from them as well in the fall and that was what was pictured on the ad for short sleeve shirts).   I got the shirt on the right.  I got $1000 worth of shirts and they wont let me return or exchange them even though they are not what is pictured at all.  The collar is ridiculous for a child shirt.  The order also took 13 weeks to arrive rather than the 3-4 weeks that was promised.  Not one update or apology for that.  Every communication with them has been awful.  They need so much help in learning to talk to customers.  I am so beyond frustrated with them.    Plus they delayed it so much I'm probably beyond being able to report to my credit card.

Be careful of what you order.  Seller showed shoes on Facebook for purchase (as pictured).  I followed the links through the post on Facebook, read the item descriptions, and ordered my 2 pair of shoes.  The shoes looked nothing like the seller pictured on facebook.  They only had one monogram on one shoe instead of two like the one the seller pictured.  No where in the description did it say you would only be paying for one monogram on one shoe.  When you get a pair on monogrammed sandals isn't there two monograms?  Also no where did it mention that colors will vary - I ordered the shoes to match each other and they are completely different shades of pink. I also asked what the ship date would be and I was told no later than April 15th. 
I never got a shipping notification so on April 25th I emailed the seller to see if they had shipped and on April 26th I got an email notifying me that they had just shipped.  So I'm thinking that my order was lost.   Seller offered a refund, but for me to pay shipping charges.   Since I had already lost almost $60 on two pair of cheaply made canvas shoes and waited 6 weeks for them I didn't want to waste more money going to the post office and to pay for shipping along with waiting for who knows how long to get the shoes back again, but still be stuck with two pair of shoes that don't match.

Love this store. A rare boutique in Lexington. Cute selection and great monagrams! Well priced items. New stuff all the time! I seriously try to pop in every other week.

I've ordered many times from Designs By April. They've always done quality work, have a great selection and been very timely.

I've been very happy with them, especially the staff. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.  Bianca and Angie are GREAT
