We have ordered flowers several times. My family and friends have always received beautiful flowers. My husband has sent me flowers from here as well and they were very beautiful. My only suggestion to them is the young lady that answers the phone when you call needs to be a little more polite but other then that no complaints

I used FTD online to order 36 long stem Rose's for my lady and the arrangement that showed up was short some Rose's and looked nothing like the picture from the advertisement, but I called in and the lady sent out some more Rose's with no problem and my wife was very happy over all with the experience.... So I give them a A for effort and will shop with them again!

Great service.  Delivered on time.  Well worth the price.   
My wife loved the flowers and gifts at the park district gym.   She had no idea what she was called over the PA for and WAMMO!   Flowers.

I ordered a reef for a family member's funeral & I did not like it. The reef did not have flowers all around the reef. The flowers were only on the left side of the reef & the rest of the reef was evergreen without flowers, which made it look like a X-mas reef in my opinion. I had a feeling that this was not going to go well, because the female employee was so rude to me when I called to double check the information for my order that was given to them from another flower shop. She was acting as if I was irritating her with the basic questions I asked. She talked over me as well until I said something to her about her rudeness. It is sad that I could not receive sympathetic customer service from a flower shop during an unexpected tragedy.
