Amy Guzzardo's work for my sisters wedding was absolutely gorgeous. She was able to execute exactly what they wanted to a very small time frame. She and the crew were extremely personable and professional. The florals at the reception were jaw dropping and wowed all of the guest.

Ordered flowers for a funeral. Staff was very helpful for difficult time. They did not have all the flowers I wanted but most and it turned out beautiful. I know I called for a weekend, so I understand.  I did use again for daughters homecoming corsage and it turned out exactly like she wanted.

My sister and I ordered flowers and we spent a lot of money. In fairness I did ask for a specific delivery window- they were a little late. But my mom was still home. The arrangement was beautiful and lasted for well over a week.

Overall great service. The roses were really nice and my wife was happy . Ordered and delivered on same day. I spent a lot and was happy with it

I ordered flowers from FTD for my sister's birthday. I've ordered from them before and they've always turned out gorgeous!!!!! However, while this bouquet was nice, it was COMPLETELY different from what I had ordered. By looking at the website photos, they sent the "set to celebrate" bouquet, I ordered the "birthday brights" bouquet. My sister has 3 toddlers and cats, I ordered the "Birthday Brights" because it didn't have lilies! My sister is an awesome mother and keeps things out of reach, but it's still the principle of it. FTD was awesome, they offered to replace the bouquet or refund me, which wasn't necessary, my sister loved the flowers and they did look nice. I love my nieces and cats, so I wouldn't get them something that could kill them! It's REALLY not that hard to read, the bouquets are COMPLETELY different. The flower arrangements are kinda similar, but the "Set to Celebrate" comes in a bright orange container and contains lilies, while the "Birthday Brights" bouquet comes in a white container that says "Happy Birthday" on it and contains NO lilies.
