From beginning to end all I can say is top notch. They worked with me when it came to retainer and payments. Michael was great. They were always friendly and understanding. Always accessible and Alex was always very understanding, always explained my options and was always honest. I always felt she explained what was in my best interest, is knowledgeable and was not one to be pushed around. As far as divorces go, I am pleased with the experience and outcome.

Desiree DeMoya is absolutely the most professional attorney I have ever met!
She has an incredible staff that is hands on,  extremely attentive and understanding to her clients needs. 
Her office is in a great location with lots of parking available. 
I must stress she made my situation so much easier than I expected and handled all my needs with no conflict or concerns. 
Michael who handles the front desk is super friendly and courteous, definitely on point!
I rate her a 5+++

Desiree and her staff have been nothing but the best from the moment I made the phone call inquiring about a will and power of attorney with my mother. She listens and takes into consideration every aspect of the situation. She works quickly and efficiently. Michael was extremely pleasant every phone call and visit to the office. I highly recommended Desiree and her team!

Approachable, caring, professional and very knowledgeable. Irene made sure I got exactly what I wanted and what was best for me and my children. I had a case that was set to go to trial with less than a month of time to prepare. I had previously let my counsel go for his lack of representation and had no one. I conducted a google search for lawyers within Rockland County and found this firm. I explained my situation and was able to come in for a consultation right away (within two days). I met with Irene Martinez, who was extremely attentive to everything I was saying: explaining my case, my concerns and my questions. She was very clear in how much it would cost, and they were very accommodating with giving me a little extra time to pay (since my pay day was a few days away). Once I retained her, she got to work preparing for any possible scenario. She did her due diligence reading through previous paperwork, explaining what happens from there on/what I am to do, and most importantly eased my nerves. Having her and the firm behind me for my case made the process go a lot smoother, and allowed me to sleep soundly knowing I was more than prepared personally and that I had an experienced lawyer backing me. Irene and Michael (who handled Finances) were so friendly and warm throughout everything. I have recommended them already to friends and will continue to do so going forward.
