We used DeSitter when we first moved/renovated our townhouse, and I was very pleased with the quality of the product and customer service. Now three years later, due to some unfortunate circumstances (having nothing to do with the carpet itself), we had to re-carpet a bedroom. When I reached out to DeSitter, they worked to locate the original roll (not just the same color) they used in 2014, so that the color matches the rest of the third level perfectly! They also gave us the same deal per square foot. I was very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.

Joanne Voll is outstanding:  patient and thorough and always focused on her client's satisfaction, however long it takes and in whatever direction it might head.  We just finished phase one:  the refinishing and staining of 100 year old oak floors.  The team was professional and quick with very high standards of execution, it looks fantastic and was not an easy job!

We went to DeSitter and wanted a quick turn around.  They were able to accommodate.  We picked our carpet and had it installed all within the same week.  Everyone was easy to work with and our carpet looks great.

We had a great experience with DeSitter in Glen Ellynn. If you are looking for quality with no pressure sales and short installation times then I would highly recommend giving them an opportunity. The staff is knowledgeable and works to understand your budget along with what works best for the space. Tim and Ken went above and beyond our expectations. Communicating dates with us for measurements and installation way ahead of time so we could make arrangements for someone to be home. Overall we are incredibly happy with their work in our new home and will be going back in the future.
