We called them to install a backflow preventer as a plumber they should be able to certify the valve they cannot certify because they're not plumbers. We called him a few times because of valve was leaking the last time I asked why the valve was not certified they didn't came back. the only answer to that is that they're not plumbers. We're going to report them to the city cuz if they cannot certified valve it means that they are not certified plumbers

We had a plugged pipe Friday night. This gentleman spent the entire weekend trying to find the plug. He was determined to find the problem & did! He charged a reasonable rate & we are very thankful for his hard work!

I am a long time customer of Desmoni plumbing. They've done several jobs for me, big and small. The price is very reasonable and the quality of work is second to none. If you need plumbing services in the Pahrump area, this is the place to go.

The owner of this company billed me $230 after my tenants went four days without water, and her plumber finally managed to get to the property, which is no more than a couple of miles from the Desmoni office. The problem was trivial. He quickly figured out that there was probably air in the line, since the garden hoses worked and there were water leaks. He opened and closed the valve that controls the waterline's entry into the house a few times, and the water was back. He didn't use any tools or any parts. Someone ran my credit card without telling me the job was done, or what it took to do it. I called and spoke to Marla. She said she didn't know why that would have happened, and that she would look into it. Since then, I have called once and faxed two letters, and not gotten anything back from Marla. Obviously I would not have approved a charge of $230 for a brief visit to a home, when there were no tools used, no parts, and the plumber didn't even have to enter the building. It wasn't an emergency call; my tenants went four days without water in the house. Most plumbers have a basic house call fee, about $65 in big cities, maybe a little more or less in a speck of dust like Pahrump, Nevada. I don't know why Marla is sitting around waiting for me to report this to my credit card issuer, and why she doesn't tell me who ran this charge and why they did it. the reasonable thing to do is refund me the excessive portion of the charge. I doubt it's worth Marla's time in small claims court, and it's not worth mine either, but it's an option. I doubt she wants a black mark from the company that processes credit card payments for her, which is something I can accomplish more easily. So this is yet another attempt to get her attention. If she reads this and decides to correct the mistake of taking money from a client who hasn't even seen an invoice, and taking far too much money, I'll remove or edit this review. I don't know if it is sloppiness, laziness, or greed, but there's nothing I can think of outside of those three that would keep Desmoni from communicating with me. Marla?

I called this company to have my water heater replaced i called 6 days in advance on tuesday the lady said would not be able to do it this week because of the holiday thanksgiving i said ok when can you do it see replied on monday i said thats fine what time as i work grave yard shift get home 830 morning and go to sleep 100 in afternoon she said ok between 830 and 930 monday here it is monday 925am no call from them so i called and she said hes not there i said no so let me call tech find out tech never answers calls me back said oh he must be at another job and said can we reschedule i said no i want to cancel my appointment and call else where and i hung up The company has a FULL PAGE ADD IN THE PHONE BOOK AND EVEN SAYS # 1 IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WELL IF THIS IS WHAT I EXPERIENCED IS SURE WAS NOT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE THEy ASSIGN APPOINTMENTS OUT TO CUSTOMERS AND THE AFTER THEY PICK AND CHOSE WHICH ONES TO DO FIRST AND LEAVE CUSTOMERS HANGING
