Called and was told 25 minutes. Waited 35 minutes a and called to get an eta. Was told another 15 minutes minimum. When i asked why she told me 25 minutes she told me she had said 35 minutes and didn't seem to care. Terrible dispatch service. Don't depend on them.

Desoto cab has always been my go to taxi service, cause uber dont operate after 2 am and when i call desoto cab they area always there 24 hours a day , the drivers are on time and very great service.

i recently used a despot cab in pleasanton and the cab service was on time and very professional, and the car was very clean. i will use desoto cab for now on.

Great can service. The cab came within 10 minutes

so i was at bart and looked on my phone and uber had a 3.2 times the surge and i called desoto cab and they came in like 10 minutes to pleasanton bart and took me to the fairgrounds and it only costed me $13.25 and i was like wow i rather take desoto cab than other rideshares.
