So happy I found this place....thank you to Stephanie, just wonderful. She is very easy to talk to and she really listens, no judgement. We worked together to come up with a plan. Thank you Desoto Family, I truly appreciate your kindness and care for your patients.

This place is under new management and doing great.  I recently had an appointment with the nurse practitioner.  Her service was great, she listened to my concerns and was very professional!  The front office was very personable and professional as well.  I recommend it to anyone considering therapy or a nurse practitioner.

Tried to make an appointment for a family member and the office personnel was very unprofessional. I won't repeat her statements verbatim but I'll sum it up as "a la ghetto". If it's any indication of the services that are provided, no one should select this place for counseling. Perhaps the office personnel should utilize the service.

Love this place. Had an issue with the doctor being out for a couple weeks and after that I scheduled an appointment but they called and said she had to register her child into school and that I needed to reschedule. But even after that, I have so much trust and faith in them. the doctor is absolutely awesome and she really cares. thank you so much for your concerns and because of you, New Directions Counseling, and God I'm doing so much better.

This is the most unprofessional practice I've been to. The staff is untrained and unprofessional. The girl at the front desk was wearing a half shirt and the rest of the staff (5 of them) looked confused and didn't know where they were. After 1.5 hours of waiting for my appointment today left. Horrible service.
