Consumer beware, this business does not value your trust in them. I trusted Destin Cleaners to dry clean a wedding dress and they returned the dress dirty and full of wrinkles. We used a regular household steamer from target to fix what we could, but we should have never had to. After they charged us $150, we got the dress back and found the dress in terrible condition. When we called for resolution, the owner wasn't available because it was the weekend.  He never called to follow up. When I called, he offered to redo it but refused to refund any of what we paid for his "work". The wedding day has come and gone, so it makes no sense to have him "try again", he should have just done it right the first time. Such a disappointment, both in the quality of the work and the experience with the owner.

I've had quite a bit of cleaning and pressing over many years by Destin Cleaners. Dan is very competent, has common sense, and will always try his best to please the customer. I've seen many people try others for less $$ and had bad results. Service industry is not something you want to do low bid.
