I have never written a negative review for anything. But this place is a nightmare! I’d give zero stars if it was an option. I scheduled an appointment and waiting over a hour to be told, 20 more minutes, 10 more minutes after patient after patient went ahead of me. They asked me if I could come another day when I had an appointment! The staff talk about patients and are very unprofessional. The dentist will not accommodate a patient who has been waiting for an extended time (in this case a 5 year old boy) I will NEVER return to this place! Save your money and time and book elsewhere!

I went for a toothache approximately a month ago, the sloppy dentist female, was very unpleasant and patient and rude, recommended you get a tooth removed and that I could do it in a couple of days, of course the front desk screwed up the appointment date so when I return exactly one week later I had no appointment. So I waited another week to see a different dentist at the same office figuring I would give him another chance, though this dentist was pleasant I had to have it rescheduled because by now the tooth was infected and I had to allow time for the antibiotics to take hold wouldn't you know it another scheduling fumble by the staff. I asked for a copy of the X-ray to take to another dentist, and they actually gave me a janky Xerox copy of my x-ray! Who does that? Of course the new dentist can't read a Xerox copy of an x-ray on white paper, which I pretty much knew that but I figured maybe they knew something that I didn't. So now I'm in the dentist office someplace else starting all over again, altogether this process has been about 5 weeks.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Went in at the beginning of January to have fillings done, one fell out 2 weeks later and conveniently, could not get an appointment to have it fixed due to them not working around my work schedule. Called corporate, and Amanda was nice but set me up for a Saturday AM appointment that was treated as a walk in and because the dentist I originally saw doesn't work Saturday, the dentist I saw today wouldn't touch it. Going elsewhere to have it fixed and will very likely consider legal action. Avoid at all costs!

Friendly staff, amazing dentist (Dr. Martin), and awesome assistants. Would recommend to family and friends. :)

My two boys (ages 6 and 3) and myself had a good experience here today. The staff were helpful but Dr. Martin was AWESOME! He was very good with my little ones and he gave me an amazing cleaning! His assistants (sorry I'm bad with names) were also really good! I will definitely be back. My hour and 15 min drive was totally worth it!
