Randy is the greatest. He explains everything that you need to know. The project was down on time and the customers service is outstanding. The film that was applied to my car was done so nicely that I can’t even tell that there’s a film on the front end. Had my windows tinted also and they look just as great.

Randy and Dan are masters of their craft. Hearing Randy speak passionately about his 30+ years cleaning, detailing and protecting cars is something amazing. Virginia is very lucky to have access to such a facility.

While I was visiting a client dropped off his 993 Turbo, completely trusting in the care of Randy and Dan. Randy joked that he liked his Lamborghini better. Heh. He was so calm and professional with everything.

Some people work just for money, but the best people in service work because they truly love their craft. That’s Randy. This is a skilled master working at the pinnacle of his experience and talent. Just superb.

I went for a long drive. When I say long, I don’t mean next town. I went for an interstate drive with friends, across all of the east coast, and expectedly, we came back in a terrible looking car. I wanted to get it washed, but instead, we called Sharp Detail on our way home, and I thought, I might as well just get my car detailed, since I could no longer recall the last time that my car had gotten detailed.

I wasn’t sure about the cost, and I was sort of short on cash, so I asked them first how much they thought a car as dirty would cost. They suggested their premium detail and I was surprised that it costs even less than I had thought.   I said yes and left the car while we went for breakfast for two hours. When we came back, I was so surprised to see the car even cleaner than it had been before we went driving in it. I am so impressed.

Highest rating for Detail Authority.  Take your car or truck to Randy if you want full attention to detail and a great result.  Edit: One year later, I'd add a sixth star if Google had the option.  The car is still fully protected - Xpel and Detail Authority made the difference.

Expensive solution for paint chipping on the leading edge of the hood.  But I did it because I think it is worth it.  Excellent no nonsense service.
