My wife and I brought our 2005 Sequioa in for a detail and we were surprised at how clean our rig was. We have 2 kids and a dog and they took care of everything without out extra charges. The rig is like new. I have sent my parents in to get their cars detailed and they have been back multiple times now. The customer service was excellent and they treated my family like we had been a customer for years. The Valerie Rae review must had been talking about the mechanic shop around the corner because there was no evidence of poor customer service or unnecessary charges from this shop.

I have two kids who just destroy my vehicle, so I asked Bellevue Auto Detail to tackle my 2011 Toyota 4Runner. Jeremy and his staff cleaned it from bumper to bumper including under the hood and every little nook and crannie.He did an excellent job and really went the extra mile to be sure that I was happy.

If you need ANY vehicle to be given the TLC treatment, don't hesitate,

Very pleasantly surprised how what an amazing job these guys did with my 99 BMW 3 series. Everything was perfect. They even brought the floor mats back to life. I'll be coming back for sure.

Bellevue Auto Detail did a great job cleaning my wife's car.  They were very busy, but did not rush any work.  Car looks and smells new.

I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. HORRIBLE place. Very shady. VERY. Charged me thousands in repairs that didnt even fix my car. Charged me 3 times to run diagnostics on a car that they "fixed". Theres $300 in charges without anything done. BS! Not to mention the $2500+ on the "repairs" that were completely useless- 3 other repair shops couldnt believe what I was told by A&M to fix because NONE of it would get my car running again. Females beware: they WILL take advantage!
The owner has gone onto Yelp and contacted the negative reviewers and paid them to either change it to positive or remove it. INTEGRITY at its best, right? I wouldnt be surprised if the same thing has happened explaining their high Google review.
