Dropped a rug off to be cleaned 3 weeks ago. 
My husband went and picked it up on Saturday. Once he got home we opened the plastic just to discover that it has not been cleaned at all. There is sand. Hair in it and it smells. 
After calling the business we are now getting the run around. No one can help. On Saturday we were told Nicole can help on Monday. Now it's Monday and we call to be told Wendy can help but she won't be in until tomorrow...
