Nope!! NEVER!! Horrible experience!! He has zero concern about the welfare of his patient. Staff is either not trained or not have enough knowledge about the doctor’s practice. Misguidance and miscommunication relies on the workflow at his office. All they do is schedule an appointment and collect copay for showing up. Doctor barely spends time with the patient, refers to other doctor, and sends home- so the outcome of the visit is NULL. I am a health care professional also and you never treat your patients like some business assets. Lack of professionalism, sympathy, understanding, and patient care is the BIGGEST PROBLEM of this doctor. I really don’t recommend such kind of doctors if you want to save your time, money and most importantly your health!!!!

He is the quintessential example of a doctor who milks insurance money and has zero concern about the welfare of his patient. Went to him in March with an acute stomach issue and he basically sent me home saying he couldn’t do anything at the moment because he didn’t know what was wrong with me. Did you twiddle your thumbs throughout medical school? Made me get an ultrasound and then made me come in for a follow up a week later (copay) and then again did nothing when I said my pain had subsided. He had no further questions, ordered no blood test, nothing. Had absolutely zero concern for my wellbeing. As long as I had no symptoms, he made it clear that it wasn’t his problem anymore. Avoid and go to a better doctor.

I went to Dr. Patel after having months of stomach pains. He asked a slew of questions and made sure he had all the answers even before trying to diagnose me with anything. In the end, I had to have surgery. Dr. Patel made a referral to another amazing doctor. And he made sure I understood the whole process. I have referred friends and family to him because he genuinely cares for his patients. 

You don't have to wait for hours to see the doctor. The office staff does a good job not over booking.

I absolutely love this doctor and highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a great stomach dr.  I have suffered with stomach issues for over 12 years now as well as anemia.  I started having other issues as a result and it was Dr. Patel that figured this out, treated the issue and my health has tremendously improved.  his professionalism and dedication is so impressive.  I am so happy I found this doctor.

Excellent experience. This office is a pleasure to deal with, from appointments to insurance issues the staff is knowledgeable and goes out of their way to accommodate their patients. It is obvious that this is a top down philosophy within the practice as Dr. Patel himself consistently demonstrates knowledge and  empathy while displaying the utmost in professionalism.
