NEVER had an account through this place. When I actually called turns out it was an auto loan from 4 years back. Heard the same garnish wages etc but once I explained my situation they actually worked with me. I got the account taken care of in installments and it actually raised my credit score over 40 points. They come off rough at first but actually turned out to be a win-win and best part was that I wasn't speaking to a robot or someone in a foreign country who wouldn't understand my situation.

Same here just checked my Credit Karma and this shows up as a collection on transunion. Dropped my score by 23 points. This company is a fraud because I have had no dealings with them. I have good credit and this is pissing me off.

Update: 
I had this disputed and it was removed from my credit and score went right back up!

I got charged over $5k for something i never done. i got a notice from credit karma letting me know about this collection. ive been on time with my payments and i never gotten any calls from this company. and i tried calling the number that was provided and it doesnt even connect me to an operator its says "leave a voicemail and press pound" who are these people.....and what do they want......so sketchy

Same as everyone else... out of the blue appeared on my creditkarma and no idea why they're saying I owe. I called and it just directs you to leave a message... does anyone know how to get them off my credit report?

I have no collection accounts and pay my bills on time.  I received a collection account by this company and called to see what the deal was.  They couldn't give me any information at all.  I did some research and reached out to several people and it looks like this company does this a lot.  They try to collect money from people that they have no authority to.  This company is a fraud and should be shut down.  To the person who left the positive review, you clearly work for the company or were promised something, by them, for that review.  I've spoken with 15 people who all have had the same experience as me and the other people who've left truthful reviews here.
