Mandie is awesome and has been great to work with! She is extremely hard worker and stayed on the phone, answering all my questions thoroughly. Although we didn’t land on keeping State Farm due to wanting to cut costs, Mandie was awesome to work with!

Easy, polite, simple. I bother the poor agents on a regular basis in the summer with my car addictions. They are awesome to talk to. Help try to keep my rates better. Zero issues with state farm. Other companies will give you a hard time about things that they shouldn't.

Excellent custom service EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have had insurance through this agent since I was old enough to have my own policy. The ladies in the office always handle every change or concern I have extremely fast and hassle free over the phone and through email. I have a near perfect driving record and I swear I owe less money for my premiums every time they contact me! Filing claims is also hassle free and I have always received service and or payments very quickly. The only problem I’ve ever had is auto payments usually come out anywhere from 2-5 days after the date they’re due and sometimes throws off my account balance. I would highly recommend Tom Devries State Farm.

I've been with Tom DeVries for over ten years and have never had any problems with claims or response.  Without exception everyone in the office has always been very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend Tom and his agency to anyone who is looking for an honest, fair State Farm agent.

this agency and most of the folks in it are attentive and friendly.  Mr. DeVries was our agent for several years, then I went with a friend whose agency farmed my policy out to a couple of companies home separate from vehicles for lower prices.  Yes I paid less, but there was never one person to speak to that had memory of a claim I made; they were clueless and unresponsive.  I was glad to be back with the DeVries team.  They remembered who I was from the first time and continue to deal with my questions immediately

This is my dad's agency, and I've worked in it for a number of years and I've been a policyholder for over a decade so I know how well customers are treated, and how good the insurance coverage is. That's why they've been in business for over thirty years. Tom built his business brick-by-brick by cold-calling prospects back when people used to do that and earning word-of-mouth referrals.

Excellent customer service! Tom is very personable and has always returned my calls and answered any questions in a timely manner. I recommend them to all my friends.
