Two years ago my wife pulled me aside and said, "I want to tell you the best place to buy me flowers." Naturally I listened and I've been coming to Devynn's Garden for special occasions ever since. They do beautiful arrangements, they work with your price range and (most important) they help struggling non-flower people like me look real good. Definitely recommend
